We suggest using our products consistently to increase nutrients in your diet. It is okay to use our paste as frequently as daily. We suggest eating one bite of gut goodness daily.

We have not added chilli to our paste as we recognise that some are sensitive to chilli, especially when cooking for the family. If you are a chilli lover you can add to your recipes.

Our pastes are packed with flavour. Half a jar will easily make one dish for a family of 4, it will stretch even further if using as a marinade.

Orders are dispatched 1-2 days after orders are placed.
